In his current role as CMO, Dan is responsible for scaling the market presence of Flowroute, the leading provider of communication services for cloud-based companies. Previously, as CMO for Cyara, he guided the expansion of an automated customer experience testing platform used by many of the largest worldwide brands. Prior to that, he drove the transformation of Nuance’s Enterprise Division from a speech and IVR application provider to a multichannel virtual assistant solution provider.
