Intelsat merges with Softbank backed OneWeb
(Reuters) – OneWeb Ltd, a U.S. satellite startup backed by Japan’s SoftBank Group Corp, and debt-laden satellite operator Intelsat SA agreed to merge in a share-for-share deal on Tuesday.
